   Motions:
   

   I recommend approval of the commitment to the Task Force agencies' collaboration to expand opportunities, build alliances and facilitate better utilization of resources.	-	PASS
   Minutes: The Palm Beach Wireless Task Force was organized under the leadership of Commissioner Mary McCarty in June 2006. The purpose of the formation of the Task Force was to establish a not-for-profit corporation to provide coordination and access to information and resources that can enhance the quality of life in our community. Member agencies that comprise the Task Force are Palm Beach County, Florida, The School Board of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach Community College, Florida Atlantic University Board of Trustees, South Florida Water Management District, and Palm Beach County Education Commission. The Cooperative Agreement does not obligate the District financially. It serves only as a commitment that Task Force agencies will collaborate to expand opportunities to build alliances and to facilitate better utilization of resources.
